Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. STANDARD ORDERS

  • 100% refund if cancelled 24 hours prior to delivery.
  • 50% refund if cancelled 12–24 hours prior.
  • No refund within 12 hours of delivery.

2. CORPORATE / BULK ORDERS

  • 100% refund if cancelled 72 hours prior.
  • 50% refund if cancelled 48–72 hours prior.
  • No refund within 48 hours of event.

3. REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days (online) or 7–10 working days (bank transfer).

4. QUALITY ISSUES

Must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with photographic proof.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Incorrect address, customer unavailability, taste preferences, or minor packaging damage.
